- Name — for bookings and orders
- Phone or email — to confirm and contact you
- Date, time, number of guests — for tables and events
- Delivery address — for catering and office lunches
- Event details — venue, menu, schedule
- Allergies and dietary needs — only if you tell us
- Company details — for corporate clients and invoices
- No card numbers — payments go through the bank
- We use your booking or order details to reserve a table, prepare food and deliver it on time.
- For catering and office lunches, we sign an agreement with the organiser or company and issue invoices as accounting law requires.
- Our kitchen team sees only what's needed to cook: dishes, quantities and dietary notes — not your contacts.
- Couriers receive the delivery address, a contact name and phone — nothing else.
- We never sell personal data and don't use it for advertising unless you separately agree to our news.
Information about food allergies or intolerances can relate to health. We use it only to prepare safe food for you or your guests, share it only with the chefs preparing your order, and delete it after the event or order is complete.

Recipients: couriers, event venues (if you book through us), our bank and payment provider, accountant, IT and email providers, and state authorities where the law requires.
Your rights: ask us to show, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Write to support@threepiesllc.christmas — we reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. When the recipe changes, the date at the top is updated.
